4. Project Proposals & Quotes

All project proposals and quotes provided by ARK INFRATECH are subject to the following terms:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final project scope and pricing will be confirmed in a formal work order or contract.
• Any changes to project scope after commencement may result in additional charges.
• Site conditions, material availability, and other factors may affect final pricing.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms for projects are as follows:

• Advance payment as per the work order or contract agreement.
• Progress payments based on project milestones achieved.
• Final payment upon project completion and handover.
• All invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or online payment methods.

6. Project Delivery & Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the scope of work and site conditions. Key terms include:

• Project timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, weather conditions, or unforeseen site issues.
• Delays caused by client changes, approvals, or access issues may extend timelines.
• Regular project updates will be provided to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Quality & Safety Standards

ARK INFRATECH is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety:

• All projects comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• We implement rigorous quality control and testing procedures.
• Safety is our top priority, with strict adherence to workplace safety protocols.
• Regular site inspections and audits ensure compliance with quality standards.

8. Warranty & Defects Liability

Our warranty and defects liability terms are as follows:

• Defects liability period of 12 months from project completion for construction defects.
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Defect claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

9. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to:
